Applicant's summary and conclusion

Executive summary:

A test on the acute toxicity of 4 -isopropylaniline to the invertebrate Daphnia magna was performed according to the Guideline 67/548/EWG (Acute toxicity to daphnia, C.2) in a static test system. For a test period of 48 hours an EC50 value of 0.9 mg/l based on nominal concentrations was reported (Bayer AG, 1997).
