There is a high probability that the product is not acutely harmful to aquatic invertebrates.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

An acute toxicity study according to OECD guideline 202 on Daphnia magna was conducted to determine the toxic potential of the compound towards aquatic invertebrates. The test substance concentrations were prepared by adding a solubilizer at very high concentrations. The locomotion of daphnids was impaired by precipitated test substance attaching to their body. The exposure duration was only 24h. The test revealed an EC50 value of >66 mg/L. However, the study cannot be regarded as valid due to the flaws in the test desing.
