Additional information

Organolignite is either recycled and re-used in subsequent industrial operations or transported for treatment to a designated waste processing plant. The material is treated by thermal desorption to remove oils and the treated solid material is disposed of in licensed landfill facilities. The test substance is entirely contained in a zero-discharge system with no potential of release to municipal STPs or terrestrial soils. Therefore, terrestrial receptors will not come into contact with organolignite.
