Results and discussion

Vapour pressure
Temp.:
25 °C
Vapour pressure:
0 mm Hg

Any other information on results incl. tables

In view of the expected very low vapour pressure of this sample at 25 degC, it was decided to make measurments at higher temperatures in order to obtain a measurable pressure. Two measurments were made at ca. 110 degC and ca. 145 degC and the value at 25 degC obtained by extrapolation.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The vapour pressure of DTBA is 0.000000001 mmHg at 25 degC (equivalent to 0.000000133 Pa).
