First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse immediately with clean water for at least 15 minutes,
keeping the eyelids open. Seek medical attention.
Emergency measure - Skin: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash skin thoroughly with
plenty of water. Seek medical attention if reaction occurs.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: If swallowed, seek medical attention.
Do not induce vomiting or give anything by mouth to an
unconscious person.
Fire-fighting measures
used for cooling if needed.
Product arising from burning: Oxides of carbon; also some soot.

Protective equipment: Full protection by suitable clothing and positive pressure
breathing apparatus.
Accidental release measures
collect and transfer to suitable containers for disposal by

contaminated areas with plenty of water, using containment

Handling and storage
plastic gloves should be worn when working with the
material. Where dust generation may occur, appropriate
particle masks should also be worn.
Storage: Store in sealed containers within a cool, well-ventilated
area.

Dust explosion: If a locally high concentration of dust is created,
explosion is possible (as with many organic materials).
However, testing of an analogous polymer product found:
- Kst = 139 bar m/sec (explosion classification St.1)
- Minimum Ignition Energy of dust cloud > 500 mJ
- the supplied polymer product was of generally large
particle size (89.3% > 32 microns).
