- Justification:
Meets P criteria (Sediment simulation study) and T criteria (sediment toxicity study). B is currently non conclusive due to contradicting and invalid data. A testing proposal has been made to rectify this.
This substance is the main source material in a proposed family of Peroxyketal organic peroxides with very similar / identical properties. The justification for this approach has been attached in secton 13. The intention being facilitate and harmonize the PBT / Ecotoxicity assessment of the other members of the group without uneccesary testing.
