The toxicity of propane-1,2,3-triyl trisheptanoate (CAS No. 620-67-7) to earthworms was evaluated by Muckle (2012). This test was performed according to OECD 207, under GLP conditions. Eisenia fetida was exposed to the test substance for 14 days at a concentration of 1000 mg/kg dw (limit test). After the exposure period, no significant mortality was reported in either treatment or control groups. Furthermore, no significant differences on earthworm biomass were observed. The resulting NOEC was thus determined to be ≥ 1000 mg/kg dw.
