One reliable key study is available for this endpoint. In this study (Atwal SS and Tremain SP, 2010), the auto-ignition temperature of Reaction mass of Dimethyl adipate (CAS 627 -93 -0), Dimethyl glutarate (CAS 1119 -40 -0) and Dimethyl glutarate (CAS 106 -65 -0) was evaluated using a method designed to be compatible with Method A15Auto-Ignition Temperature (Liquids and Gases) ofCommissionRegulation (EC) No 440/2008 of 30 May 2008, and in compliance with the GLP principles.
The test item was determined not to have an auto-ignition temperature below 400ºC.
