The test item is a liquid at ambient temperature. The freezing point was determined to be within the rage -17°C to -4.7°C.

No boiling point can be determined as test item start to decompose at 201°C.

The density was determined according to the hydrometer method and found to be 1220 kg/m3 at 20°C. The estimated octanol/water partition coefficient of the material was calculated to be 8.56.

The water solubility was estimated using calculation and was found to be 5.17 E- 08 g.L-1 estimated (6.00E-07 g.L-1 Estimated using Meylan Equations).

The kinetic viscosity was determined to be 50.2 cSt at 20°C. During the testing, no cool flames were observed. Ignition produced clean burning. An exothermic reaction of 3°C magnitude was detected at 464 °C, but no ignition observed. The flash point was determined to be 221°C @ 101.3 kPa (closed cup). The partition coefficient was estimated to be 8.56/ and the kinematic viscosity to be 50 cSt at 20°C. Suprasec 2020 is neither explosive and have no oxidising properties. The estimated vapour presure at 20°C and 25°C were calculated using the regression equation and found to be at 20°C:  5.92 * 10-03 Pa and at 25°C:  9.55 * 10-03 Pa.
