Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Justification for data waiving:
the study does not need to be conducted because the substance has no ionic structure

Description of key information

Data waiving:

Reason: Study technically not feasible.

Justification: According to the ECHA Guidance Chapter R.7a, 2008a, "... if the substance cannot dissociate due to a lack of relevant functional groups, the dissociation constant is irrelevant." Therefore, as the substance is not ionizable, determination of the dissociation constant is not relevant.

Key value for chemical safety assessment
