The weight loss of the test substance in the range 170°C - 200°C was lower than the weight loss of chrysene at the same temperature.

Based on this, it was safely concluded that vapour pressure of the test substance is lower than the vapour pressure of this reference substance.

The observed weight loss at a temperature of approximately 100°C (around 100 minutes) was expected due to evaporation of water.

Conclusions:
In a GLP-compliant study in accordance with EC A.4 and OECD 104 using the isothermal thermogravimetric effusion method, the vapour pressure of the substance has been determined as < 8.40 x 10E-7 Pa at 20°C.
