Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Results and discussion

Any other information on results incl. tables

No flash point determination was carried out due to the inherent properties of RO 1525.

Reason:

The method for determining the flash point is used for liquids whose vapors can

be ignited by sources of ignition.

RO I525 is, however, a powder-form solid with a melting temperature > 300 "C

(see study no. 00-9216-5: Melting temperature of RO 1525). This is why no

flash point determination was carried out.

Any evaluation as a hazardous substance should be carried out according to

the criteriafor solids (A.10 -A.12 -A.l4 -A.l6 -A.17).
