- Clinical signs: mice developed a wobbly gait immediately following injection. This was followed in a few minutes by paralysis of the hind  

quarters, accompanied by spasms perhaps of anoxial origin. At the higher dose the mice appeared to be in a narcosis about 15 minutes 

after injection. Some mice still exhibited degrees of anesthesia as long as 18 hours after the injection.
