Description of key information

Acute aquatic toxicity on Daphnia of the target chemical was estimated by using the following predictors: VEGA EPA and DEMETRIA models and ECOSAR.

The predictors were employed in order to apply a weight of evidence approach to enhance the reliability of the predictions. In the weight of evidence assessment only reliable predictions are to be taken into account. 48-h LC50predictions are the following:3.63 mg/L (VEGA/EPA – moderate reliable), 40.24 mg/L (VEGA/DEMETRIA – moderate reliable) and2527.445 mg/L (ECOSAR).

The weight of evidence assessmentled to a48-h LC50prediction for acute aquatic toxicity in Daphnia equal to 3.63 mg/L. The weight of evidence prediction was assessed as moderate reliable.
