The 4-Methyl-7-diethylaminocoumarin does not have a NFPA rating.Thus it is not likely to be "Flammable" under normal conditions of use, storage and transportation as well as flash point was observed to be high as 150.6 degree C which was greater than 60 degree C,hence 4-Methyl-7-diethylaminocoumarin was considered to be non flammable.
