Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

A vapour pressure could not be measured due to decomposing of the test item.

QSAR calculation of the main components of the substance resulted in the following values:

Phosphoric acid, mono(1-methylethyl) ester 0.0209 Pa

Diphosphoric acid teramethylester as worst case for the pyroesters 0.195 Pa

The vapour pressure of orthophosphoric acid as third main component of the substance is 3.99 Pa.

For the chemical saftey assessment the vapour pressure of orthophosphoric acid as highest vapour pressure of the main components is used.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
3.99 Pa
at the temperature of:
20 °C
