Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
V190110 is considered not mutagenic in this test system and under present experimental conditions.
Executive summary:

V190110 was tested in the Ames Salmonella/microsome plate test up to 20 microgram/plate in the absence of S9-mix and up to 33.3 microgram/plate in the presence of S9-mix. The test substance did not induce a dose-related increase in the number of revertant (His+) colonies in both tester strains (TA98 and T100).
