Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
not classified based on GHS criteria
Conclusions:
The test item is ‘not highly flammable’ in contact with water.
Executive summary:

A GLP study according to UN-Test N.5 and EC.A12 was performed to monitor the reactivity of TEA borate in contact with water. No evolution of a gas and/or spontaneous ignition of the test item in contact with water was observed in Test 1, Test 2, Test 3 and Test 4. The substance was determined to be 'not highly flammable' in contact with water.
