Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The toxicity to aquatic invertebrates was assessed in a study conducted according to OECD 202 under consideration of GLP. As demonstrated in preliminary tests, the substance' concentration in the test medium was maximized with a shaking time of 1.5h. Longer shaking times resulted in lower concentrations. The daphnids were exposed to the water soluble fractions for 48h. As the substance is a UVCB the effect concentrations were based on nominal loading rates. The EL50 was determined at 18 mg/L. The NOEL and LOEL at 3.13 and 6.24 mg/L, respectively.
