Description of key information
The 48-hour LC50of 1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-tridecafluorohexane in Oryzias latipes was determined to be >125 mg/L (limit test at one concentration). The 24-h and 48h- EC50 1,1,1,2,2,3,3,4,4,5,5,6,6-tridecafluorohexane in Daphnia magnawas determined to be >1.1 mg/L, based on a measured initial and stable concentration. The 72h-NOEC for inhibition of both growth rate and yield was determined to be 0.098 mg/L. The ELR50 (effect at 50 % of the loading rate) was determined to be above 1000 mg/L.
