Administrative data
First-aid measures
difficult, give oxygen. Obtain medical attention immediately
Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse immediately and as long as possible with plenty of
water. Eyelids should be held away from the eyeball to
ensure thorough rinsing. Consult a physician immediately.
Emergency measure - Skin: Flush with copious amounts of water for at least 15 minutes
while removing contaminated clothing and shoes.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Only when conscious, rinse mouth, give plenty of water to
drink. Seek medical advice.
Fire-fighting measures
Product arising from burning: No hazardous products to be expected
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: A self contained breathing apparatus and suitable protective
clothing should be worn in fire conditions.
Accidental release measures
apparatus
Environmental precautions:
Avoid dust generation. Isolate spill area.
Methods for cleaning up:
Ensure suitable personal protection during removal of
spillages. Clear up spillages/shovel up. Transfer to a
closed and marked clean container for (preferable) reuse or
disposal. Wash the spillage area with water.
Handling and storage
Avoid inhalation of dusts. Avoid contact with skin and
eyes.Do not eat, drink or smoke in the application area.
Keep working clothes separately and do not take them home.
Engineering controls:
Ensure good ventilation and local exhaust ventilation of the
working area. If these measures are not sufficient,
suitable respiratory protection must be worn.
Personal protection:
Respiratory: use appropriate breathing apparatus
Hand: wear suitable gloves. Chemically compatible
Eye: wear safety goggles
Skin and body: wear suitable protective clothing: special
overalls, tight fitting at neck, ankles and wrists and head
covered. Change daily. After handling bulk quantities,
showering is recommended.
Avoid women being exposed especially during pregnancy and
lactation.
Storage: Store in tightly closed containers protected from light and
moisture at temperatures between 15 and 25 'C.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Store in tightly closed containers protected from light and
moisture at temperatures between 15 and 25 'C.

Disposal considerations
possible in a clean container.
Industry - Possibility of neutralisation: Not specified
Industry - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: Not applicable
Industry - Possibility of destruction - incineration: Controlled incineration is recommended way of disposal,
according to Federal, State or Local Laws. The produced
waste gases are common to the incineration of oxygen-
containing organic substances.
Industry - Possibility of destruction - water purification: If used in the envisaged manner, only small amounts of the
substance will be discharged into the waste water, which
will be removed in a waste-water treatment.
Industry - Possibility of destruction - other: Not applicable
Public at large - Possibility of recovery/recycling: The substance does not enter the public domain
Public at large - Possibility of neutralisation: Not applicable
Public at large - Possibility of destruction: controlled discharge: Not applicable
Public at large - Possibility of destruction - incineration: Not applicable
Public at large - Possibility of destruction - water purification: Not applicable
Public at large - Possibility of destruction - others: Not applicable
