Additional information

Acute toxicity study in Daphnia magna with Everzol Orange ED-G Crude. 20 daphnia per test group were exposed to a control and concentrations of 0, 10, 18, 32, 56 and 100 mg/l. The total test period was 48 hours. Samples for analytical confirmation of actual exposure concentrations were taken at the start and the end.

Analysis of the sample taken at the start of the final test showed a measured concentration of 113 mg/l at the nominal concentration of 100 mg/l. Test substance concentration remained constant during the 24-hour refreshment period.

Everzol Orange ED-G Crude did not induce acute immobilization of Daphnia magna at 100 mg/l after 48 hrs of exposure. The 48h-EC50 exceeded 100 mg/l based on nominal concentrations.
