The vapour pressure of the test substance 98/99 % was calculated by extrapolation of the measured vapour pressure curve for the temperatures 20, 25 and 50 °C, according to Regulation EC No. 440/2008 Method A.4.Vapour Pressureand OECD Test Guideline 104 (2006):

Temperature / °C

Vapour pressure / Pa

98.5

Conclusions:
Under the study conditions, vapour pressure of the test substance was established to be 10.3 Pa at 20 °C, 15.4 Pa at 25 °C and 98.5 at 50 °C.
Executive summary:

A study was conducted to determine the vapour pressure according to OECD 104 resp. EU A.4. The vapour pressure of the test substance was calculated by extrapolation of the measured vapour pressure curve for the temperatures 20, 25 and 50 °C. Under the study conditions, vapour pressure of the test substance was established to be 10.3 Pa at 20 °C, 15.4 Pa at 25 °C and 98.5 at 50 °C (Möller, 2017).

Description of key information

The vapour pressure was determined according to OECD Guideline 104 and EU Method A.4 (Möller, 2017)

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Vapour pressure:
10.3 Pa
at the temperature of:
20 °C
