TEST SYSTEM
- Aeration: The water was continuously aerated uslng compressed alr.
- No. of organisms per vessel: 10 fishes were exposed to the test article on all-glass containers containing 15L test medium
- Biomass loading rate: the fish biomass was 0.8-1.0 g/L test medium.

TEST MEDIUM / WATER PARAMETERS
A stock suspenslon was prepared by maktng up 1 g test article to 10 mL with acetone. Quantitles of 1.5, 0.15 and 0.015 mL of thls stock suspension were added to 15L with test medium, adding the required quantltles of acetone to a concentratlon of 0.01% by volume. In addition to the treated fish, control flsh were exposed to untreated test medium containing 0.01% by volume of acetone and to the test medium alone.

OTHER TEST CONDITIONS
The experiment was conducted under Standard Laboratory Condltions ln an alr condltioned
room in and light/dark cycle of 12 hours of artlflclal fluorescent light (about 500-1500 Lux) per day.

Details on results:
No clinical signs were observed up to 1.0 mg/L.
The mortality was as follows:

Conclusions:
ACDMA has been tested for its acute toxicity to Rainbow trout on test performed according to OECD TG 203 with determination of NOEC (96h) of 1 mg/L; LOEC (96h) of 1-10 mg/L and LC50 (96h) between 1 and 10 mg/L
Executive summary:

ACDMA has been tested for its acute toxicity to Rainbow trout on test performed according to OECD TG 203 with determination of NOEC (96h) of 1 mg/L; LOEC (96h) of 1-10 mg/L and LC50 (96h) between 1 and 10 mg/L

Description of key information

ACDMA has been tested for its acute toxicity to Rainbow trout on test performed according to OECD TG 203 with determination of NOEC (96h) of 1 mg/L; LOEC (96h) of 1-10 mg/L and LC50 (96h) between 1 and 10 mg/L

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

With a 96h LC50 > 1 and ≤10 mg/L for fish, the test item is classified as Aquatic chronic 2 (H411).
