Conclusion on classification

The test substance has a 96-hour LC50 in fish of >250 mg/L, 48-hour EC50 in daphnia of >120 mg/L, and a 72-hour ErC50 in algae of >100 mg/L. The test substance is not readily biodegradable and has a 72-hour NOEC in algae of 31.3 mg/L. Based on the available data,no classification is required for acute or chronic aquatic toxicity according to EU Classification, Labelling and Packaging of Substances and Mixtures (CLP) Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
