The product showed no reaction when an ignition source (flame or hot wire) was applied at ambient temperature and 100°C for at least 2 minutes. A propagation of the combustion was not observed. The product did not melt.

The combustion behaviour of the product at ambient temperature is characterized by the burning index BZ 1 (no ignition).

Due to the fact that no propagation of the combustion was observed the burning rate had not to be determined.

Conclusions:
The substance showed no reaction when an ignition source was applied. Therefore, the substance has not to be classified as flammable solid according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.
