Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The pH-value of the 1% test item solution at 25.0 ± 0.3 °C was determined as 4.87.
Executive summary:

This study was performed in order to determine the pH (following CIPAC MT 75) of Lead sulphate. A calibrated pH meter with glass electrode was used. The determination was performed in duplicate.

Calibration of the pH-meter was performed using three buffer solutions of pH 4.006, 6.865, and 9.180, respectively.

In the control measurement, the pH-value of the standard buffer solution, pH 9.180 lay within the accepted range.

The pH-value of the 1% test item solution at 25.0 ± 0.3 °C was determined as 4.87.

This value is the mean of two independent determinations.
