Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Conclusions:
Oncorhynchus mykiss 96h LL50 is > 100mg/L loading rate of the Water Accommodated Fraction (WAF). The No Observed Effect Loading rate was 100 mg/L loading rate WAF.
Executive summary:

Short-term toxicity to fish of the test item was evaluated according to OECD guideline 203 (Fish, Acute Toxicity Test). Rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) were exposed for 96 hours to the water accommodated fraction (WAF) of the test item at a single nominal loading rate of 100 mg/L. Exposure of rainbow trout to the test item gave LL50 values of greater than 100 mg/L loading rate WAF and a no observed effect loading rate (NOAELR) of 100 mg/L loading rate WAF. This results in the test item being unclassified for short-term toxicity to fish, according to GHS criteria.
