Handling and storage
Handling: Alle Arbeitsverfahren sind grundsätzlich so zu gestalten,
dass die Belastung durch Einatmen des Stoffes so gering wie
möglich ist. Des weiteren sollte der Haut- und Augenkontakt
mit dem Stoff vermieden werden.
Bei Abfüll-, Umfüll- und Dosierarbeiten sowie bei
Probenahmen sollten geschlossene bzw. zumindest staubdichte
Vorrichtungen verwendet werden. Beim Umgang in offenen
Systemen sollte möglicher Staub unmittelbar am
Entstehungsort abgesaugt werden. Wenn technische
Absaug- oder Lüftungsmaßnahmen nicht möglich oder
unzureichend sind, sollte Atemschutz (Staubmaske mit
partikelfiltrierenden Eigenschaften (PII) getragen werden.
Zur Vermeidung von Hautkontakt sollten geprüfte
Schutzhandschuhe (Gummi) und ggf. geeignete Schutzkleidung
getragen werden. Zur Vermeidung von Augenkontakt wird das
Tragen eines sicheren Augenschutzes empfohlen.
Wegen der potentiellen Staubexplosiongefahr (s. Pkt. 2.3.60)
sollten bei möglicher Staubentwicklung potentielle
Zündquellen aus dem Arbeitsbereich entfernt werden.
Des weiteren sollten Maßnahmen gegen elektrostatische
Aufladungen getroffen werden.

All working procedures have to be organized in a manner that
the exposure by inhaling the substance as well as skin and
eye contact is as low as possible.
By filling-, transfer-, metering and by sampling procedures
closed and dustproof devices should be used. By usage in
open systems possible dust should be extracted directly at
the point of origin.
If technical extraction or ventilation systems are not
possible or insufficient, wear respiratory protection (e.g.
dustmask with particle filtrating properties PII).
To avoid skin contact wear proofed protective gloves (e.g.
rubber) and suitable protective clothing.
To avoid eye contact wear a safe eye protection.
If dust forms potential ignition sources should be removed
from the working place because of the possible danger of
dust explosions. More over that precautionary measures
against static discharges should be taken.
