Administrative data
First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Fresh air. If not breathing, use artificial respiration.
Consult a physician.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Wash with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. Consult a
physician.
Emergency measure - Skin: Wash with water and soap. Remove contaminated clothing.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. Consult a physician.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Powder, carbon dioxide
Product arising from burning: Carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxides
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Self-contained respirator
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Sweep spilled product and dispose of. Do not contaminate
with water. Wear rubber gloves, eye protection, respiratory
protection. Use an industrial vacuum cleaner.
Handling and storage
Handling: Wear filter respirator with suitable filter type, rubber
gloves, eye protection. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or
clothing. Care about ventilation. Wash thoroughly after
handling Luchem HA-R100.
Formation of hydrazine in contact with water is possible
(may cause cancer, cat.2). Use closed and dustproof filling
and dosing systems as well as a local extraction device
without return of the exhaust air to the working area.
Storage: Store in closed containers below 38°C. Avoid moisture.
Formation of hydrazine in contact with water is possible
(may cause cancer cat.2). Use unbreakable containers, secure
against falling down. Avoid product residues on the
containers.
