Additional information

Fish:

The test item was found to be toxic to Rainbow trout; the LC50 after 96 hours is 7-12.5 mg/l measured concentration. The NOEC was found to be <= 2.4 mg/l nominal.

Invertebrates:

The substance was not found to be acutely toxic to Daphnia magna when dispersed in water at a nominal loading concentration of 25 mg/L. Hence, the48 hour EC50 and NOEC were determined to be > 25 mg/l and 25 mg/l respectively.

Algae:

The substance was not found to be acutely toxic to algae (Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata) when dispersed in medium at a nominal concentration of 100 mg/L. Hence, the 72 hour EC50 (biomass, growth rate, yield) as well as the NOEC were determined to be > 100 mg/l and 100 mg/l respectively.
