First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove person to fresh air. If breathing is difficult, get
immediate medical attention.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Immediately flush eyes with large amounts of water for at
least 15 minutes. Get immediate medical attention.
Emergency measure - Skin: Immediately flush skin with large amounts of water for at
least 15 minutes. Remove contaminated clothing. If signs /
symptoms occur, call a physician. Wash contaminated clothing
before reuse and dispose of contaminated shoes.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Seek immediate medical attention
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Water, water spray, carbon dioxide, dry chemical, foam.
Product arising from burning: Carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, oxides of nitrogen,
hydrogen cyanide, aldehydes.
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Wear full protective clothing, including helmet, self
contained positive pressure or pressure demand breathing
apparatus, bunker coat and pants, bands around arms, waist
and legs, face mask and protective covering for exposed
areas of the head.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Observe precautions from other sections. Collect spilled
material. Clean up residue. Place in a closed container.
Handling and storage
Handling: Avoid eye contact. Wear vented goggles. Avoid skin contact.
Wear appropriate gloves when handling this material. Use
with appropriate local exhaust ventilation. Avoid breathing
of airborn material. Do not ingest. Keep away from heat,
sparks, open flame and other sources of ignition.
Storage: Store in a cool place. Store away from acids. Keep away from
aluminum and zinc. Keep container tightly closed.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: The material will be in sealed plastic bags that are in a
box or a crate (wood or cardboard).
