First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove patient to fresh air. Seek medical attention.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Irrigate copiously with water for at least 10 minutes.
Obtain medical advice if any irritation or evidence of
tissue damage persists.
Emergency measure - Skin: Remove contaminated clothes. Wash skin with large volumes of
water (or soap and water). If irritation persists, or any
sign of tissue damage is apparent, obtain medical advice
immediately.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Seek medical advice immmediately.
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: Carbon dioxide, foam, dry powder or water mist may be used.
Water is not recommended.
Product arising from burning: Products of combustion may contain oxides of carbon.

Protective equipment: A self-contained breathing apparatus and full personal
protective equipment should be worn.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Wear suitable protective clothing (see 2.3.1).
Contain and absorb spill using sand or another inert
material. Transfer to labelled containers and dispose in
accordance with national/local regulations. Wash spill site
with water.
Handling and storage
Handling: Observe the usual precautions for handling organic
chemicals. Ensure adequate ventilation. Avoid inhalation and
contact with skin and eyes. Gloves, goggles and full
personal protective equipment should be worn.
Storage: Store in tightly sealed, containers in a cool dark place.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: Tightly closed aluminium containers.
