Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Mit geeignetem Gerät aufnehmen und gegebenenfalls in
verschließbaren Behältern der Entsorgung zuführen. Zur
Aufnahme des Stoffes sollte vorrangig ein
baumustergeprüfter Industriestaubsauger verwendet werden.
Verschmutzte Gegenstände und Fußboden unter Beachtung der
Umweltvorschriften gründlich mit Wasser und Tensiden
reinigen.
Dabei sollten der Haut- und Augenkontakt sowie das Einatmen
des Stoffes vermieden werden z.B. durch das Tragen einer
geeigneten persönlichen Schutzausrüstung (siehe
"Handhabung"). Für ausreichende Belüftung sorgen. Die mit
dem aufgenommenen Stoff gefüllten Behälter ausreichend
kennzeichnen (ggf. gemäß TRGS 201).

Take up with suitable device, priority given to an approved
vacuum cleaner and, if necessary, ensure disposal in
closable containers. Clean contaminated objects and floor
in accordance with environmental protection regulations
thoroughly with water and surfactants. Avoid contact with
skin and eyes. During cleaning wear the necessary personal
protective equipment (see "handling"). Ensure sufficient
ventilation. Label the containers with the spilled
substance in accordance with the local regulations.
Handling and storage
Handling: Die in der chemischen Industrie üblichen Schutzmaßnahmen
sind zu ergreifen. Behälter dicht geschlossen halten,
Staubbildung vermeiden. Für gute Raumbelüftung sorgen, ggf.
Absaugung am Arbeitsplatz.
Alle Arbeitsverfahren sind grundsätzlich so zu gestalten,
dass die Belastung durch Einatmen des Stoffes und durch
Hautkontakt so gering wie möglich ist. Bei Abfüll-,
Umfüll- und Dosierarbeiten sowie bei Probenahmen sollten
geschlossene bzw. zumindest staubdichte Vorrichtungen
verwendet werden. Beim Umgang in offenen Systemen sollte
möglicher Staub unmittelbar am Entstehungsort abgesaugt
werden. Die abgesaugte Luft sollte nur nach ausreichender
Reinigung mit geprüften Geräten in den Arbeitsbereich
zurückgeführt werden. Wenn technische Absaug- oder
Lüftungsmaßnahmen nicht möglich oder unzureichend sind,
sollte Atemschutz (z.B. Halbmaske mit Partikelfilter P3,
zugelassen sind alle Masken und Filter nach EN-Norm der
diversen Hersteller, z.B. Fa. Dräger, 3-M, etc.) getragen
werden. Zur Vermeidung von Hautkontakt sind geprüfte
Schutzhandschuhe (z.B. Kunststoff wie PVC oder Gummi, kein
Leder und kein nicht ozonbeständiger Butylkautschuk) und
geeignete Schutzkleidung (z.B. herkömmliche Einweganzüge,
Sicherheitsschuhwerk, ggf. Gummistiefel, da besser zu
reinigen) zu tragen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe des Arbeitsbereiches sollten
ausreichende Waschgelegenheiten zur Verfügung stehen. Nach
Hautkontakt sollten die betroffenen Körperstellen sofort
gründlich mit Wasser gereinigt werden. Besondere
Hautschutz- und Hautpflegemaßnahmen werden empfohlen. Es
sollte ein Hautschutzplan aufgestellt werden.
Die Straßenkleidung sollte getrennt von der
Arbeitskleidung aufbewahrt werden.

Take common precaution measures being usual for chemical
industry. Keep container tightly closed. Avoid the formation
of dust. Ensure good room ventilation, if necessary local
exhaust ventilation. Working procedures must be designed so
that exposure by dermal contact and by inhalation is
minimized. By filling-, transfer-, metering and by sampling
procedures use closed and dustproof devices. In the case of
handling the substance in open systems, extract any dust
wich forms directly at the point of origin. The extracted
air may only be returned to the working area after
sufficient cleaning using approved equipment. In the case
that technical ventilation or exhaustion measures are not
possible or insufficient wear respiration protection. Tested
protective gloves according to standard (:::) and suitable
protective clothing according to standard (:::) should be
worn to avoid contact with the skin. Adequate washing
facilities should be available in the immediate vicinity of
the working area. After contact with the skin, the affected
parts of the body should be thoroughly cleaned using (:::).
Special skin-protection and skin-care measures are
recommended. Draw up a skin-protection plan. Outdoor clothes
should be kept separate from working clothes.
Storage: Nur in geschlossenen Behältern lagern.
Verwendung bruchsicherer Behälter, die gegen Herabfallen zu
sichern sind. Produktreste auf/an den Behältern vermeiden.
Ausreichende Lagerraumbelüftung sicherstellen.
