Adsorption / desorption:

From EPI suite KOCWIN Program (v2.00) predicted model the soil adsorption coefficient (Koc) value of Formaldehyde, reaction products with N,N-dimethylbenzenamine and N-methylbenzenamine, oxidized, hydrochlorides is estimated to be 105700 L/kg i.e log Koc=5.0240,this log Koc value indicating that it is has a Very strong sorption to soil and sediment and therefore negligible migration potential to groundwater.
