The result of three observations was averaged to determine pH value for 1% aqueous solution/dispersion/emulsion depending on the solubility of test chemical.

Based on available data, experimental pH value for 1% aqueous solution of test substance was observed to be 10.48 at 22.2 °C ,inferring its  basic nature.
