Conclusions:
For Fluocortolon-A-Acetat the n-octanol/water partition coefficient (logPow) is 2.84 (95 % confidence limits 2.64-3.03) measured at 25 °C and pH 7.
Executive summary:

For Fluocortolon-A-Acetat the n-octanol/water partition coefficient (logPow) was determined with the HPLC-method according to OECD guideline 117 to be 2.84 (95 % confidence limits 2.64 -3.03) measured at 25 °C and pH 7. This method is based on the correlation of the reversed phase retention data of the test compound with those of the reference compounds with known log Pow values. Fluocortolon-A-Acetat can be considered as a neutral molecule in the pH range of physiological interest. Therefore, no pH dependence of log Pow has to be taken into account.
