Details on results:
The test substance had no inhibitory effect on the respiration rate of activated sludge at the duplicate measurements of 100 and 284 mg/l. Therefore, no further testing was needed.
Conclusions:
The EC50 was determined to be higher than 284 mg/L.
Executive summary:

The study was conducted according to OECD No. 209 and EU Method C.11 (Activated sludged, respiratory inhibitory test) (GLP study).

The results shows that no inhibitory effect on respiration rate of activated sludges was observed. Hence, the EC50 for the substance was determined to be higher than 284 mg/L.

Description of key information
