Description of key information

Data waiving according to column 2 of REACH Annexes IX and X

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

In accordance with column 2 of REACH Annexes IX and X, bioaccumulation studies and further testing do not need to be conducted, because the substance has a low potential for bioaccumulation (log Kow < 3), and the substance is readily biodegradable. Therefore and for reasons of animal welfare, a fish study is not performed.

According to the estimated BCF of 3.2,  the potential for bioaccumulation of the submission substance in aquatic and benthic organisms is expected to be very low.
