Description of key information
Water solubility (DTPMP-xK): The substance is very soluble in water and has a water solubility value of 500 g/l at ambient conditions as described in a secondary source.

The water solubility of DTPMP-xK was read across from the acid. The test substance was reported as miscible in water in a handbook (Gledhill 1992) which has been subject to peer-review and in which the original data sources are traceable. The result is considered to be reliable. Many commercial solutions at approx. 500 g/L are reported in company literature. The salt samples are expected to be more soluble than their corresponding acids. This is supported by available secondary sources which indicates the sodium salt to be miscible with water.
