The solubility of Y-15099 in n-octanol was determined to be > 5000 g/L (the saturated concentration was not received). The solubility in water was taken from RCC study 808290 (see IUCLID section 4.8. water solubility, Tognucci A, 2001) where it is stated to be <0.28 g/L.

In conclusion, the partition coefficient, log Kow of Y-15099 was estimated by calculation to be:
