In accordance with REACH Guidance R.7c (Appendix R.7.10-3), fish BCFs of ionised substances can be estimated using appropriate QSARs (e.g. Meylan et al., 1999). The program BCFBAF from EpiSuite version 3.2 uses the QSAR of Meylan et al. (1999).
