Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Reliable short-term toxicity data for freshwater organisms are available for three trophic levels: aquatic invertebrates, algae and fish.

The lowest acute effect value was a 48-h EC50of 0.8 mg/L observed for the effect of the test item on immobilisation of Daphnia magna. The 48-h NOEC value for Daphnia magna was 0.31 mg/L.

The other two acute toxicity data are available for algae, with the acute effect 72-h EC50 value of 5.93 mg/L for Pseudokirchnerella subcapitata, and for fish, with the acute effect 96-h LC50 value of 1.41 mg/L for Danio rerio.

Reliable long-term toxicity data for freshwater organisms are available for two trophic levels: algae and aquatic invertebrates.

The chronic effect value for algae was a 72-h EC10 of 4.24 mg/L observed for the effect of the test item on growth rate of Pseudokirchneriella subcapitata.

The chronic effect value for aquatic invertebrates was a 21-d EC10 of 0.0807 mg/L observed for the effect of the test item on reproduction of Daphnia magna.
