Details on results:
The substance had mild cumulative property and its chronic threshold dose was 4.53 mg/kg. It showed no embryotropic effect at 1/500 and 1/5000 LD50. It also had no effects on the gonads when given to rats at 1/50, 1/500, 1/5000 LD50 for 6 months.
