Executive summary:

For PNEC derivation according to the equilibrium partitioning method, a Koc value is required. As it was not mandatory to have a log Koc value measured experimentally (the substance and its degradation products decompose rapidly), a value was estimated from the available log Kow value using the following equation from TGD Part III (for nonhydrophobic substances): log Koc = 0.52 x log Kow + 1.02 = 2.292 and Koc = 195.884.
