Additional information

Acute immobilisation in Daphnia has been investigated on three structural analogues of the registered substance, the selected study being on the closest structural analogue to the registered substance. Tests were conducted according to OECD test methods and dissolution/dispersion agents were used to increase concentration of two of the substances in the test medium. In these studies the EC50 (48h) was determined to be >100 mg/L and the NOEC was 100 mg/L. Other studies investigated the effects of a water accommodated fraction resulting in significantly lower levels of exposure.
