Biodegradation in water:
inherently biodegradable

Additional information

A biodegradation study has been conducted on the registering substance. The substance passed the 10 days windows, but fail to show a degradation higher than 60% in 28 days, therefore cannot be considered as readily biodegradable; nevertheless the degradation curve is far from reaching a steady level, and it can be expected that biodegradation will just take longer, but it will be complete. To support the conclusion is also the estimation based on the molecular structure with the program (QSAR BIOWIN v4.10 which is appropriate for the assessment of ready biodegradability of the substance) which prevision is of ready biodegradability. In conclusion the substance will be considered as inherently biodegradable
