Additional information

One GLP guideline study on the toxicity of the substance to Daphnia magna is available (RCC Ltd. 2002c). Due to the low water solubility of the test item, a supersaturated dispersion of the test item with a loading rate of 100 mg/L was tested. The undiluted filtrate with the maximum concentration of dissolved test item was used as the test medium in a static test system set up according to OECD guideline 202. In the control and at the loading rate of 100 mg/L no immobilization or other signs of intoxication were determined during the test period of 48 hours. Therefore, an EC50 > 100 mg/l based on the loading rate was determined after 48 hours.
