Description of key information

A photolysis study was conducted with dimethylhydantoin (DMH). 14C-DMH at a nominal concentration of 10 µg/L of aqueous buffer at pH 7 was exposed to a veon arc light source for 30 days at 25 °C.. The claculated photolysis rate constant and half life of DMH were 7.89 x 10^-4 days and 878 days respectively.
