First-aid measures
SKIN: Wash the skin with soap and water. Seek medical advice if irritation persists
SPLASHES IN THE EYES: Flush thoroughly water, also, inside the eyelids.
INGESTION: Never give something to drink to a person who is not fully conscious. See a doctor if more than an insignificant amount has been swallowed.
Fire-fighting measures
Choose extinguisher depending on what is on fire. Never Use water on molten/liquid metal.
SPECIAL EXPORUSE RISKS IN CASE OF FIRE
Heating can lead to health hazardous gases.
SPECIAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT IN CASE OF FIRE
Breathing apparatus with fresh air supply.

BREATHING PROTECTION
When there is a risk of exposure to dust, use face piece with particle filter P2.
HAND PROTECTION
Protective gloves of PVC, nitrile or neoprene due to the nickel content.
EYE PROTECTION
Goggles against dust exposure.
SKIN PROTECTION
Avoid direct contact with the material.
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
Do not release into surface water or drains.
REMOVAL METHODS
Spilled material is collected in a suitable container for removal. Flush with water.
Handling and storage
Avoid producing dust when handling the product. Avoid producing respirable particles.
STORAGE
Store the product so as to prevent release of dust into the environment.

Stability and reactivity
Normally, the material is in form of pieces.
The powder is very reactive. Powder can spontaneously ignite when it comes into contact with air.
Dust can form explosive mixtures with air.
CONDITIONS THAT SHOULD BE AVOIDED:
Avoid moisture.
MATERIALS AND CHEMICALS THAT SHOULD BE AVOIDED:
Reacts violently with oxidising substances. When in contact with strong acids or very acidic substances and in combination with certain metals e.g. galvanized metal or aluminium, very toxic gas can be formed.
Store away from amines and nitric acid.
HAZARDOUS DECOMPOSITION PRODUCTS:
Heating leads to formation of gases of arsenic, copper and other metal oxides that are hazardous to the health.
Disposal considerations
Waste from surplus/unused products: Recycling is to be preferred rather than depositing the waste.
Deposit as hazardous waste due to the risk of antimony leaching.
